everytime you find it, you throw it all away
it's no-one elses problem, no matter what you say
why do you hate winning, always makin yourself pay
just once you might just keep it, be happy for a day
just try it, you may like it, or deep down do you find
that misery is easy, you keep it in your mind
never let the sun in, and pity yourself blind
rather than just face it, you'd rather lived resigned,
cos happiness' is a battle, a war you have to fight
and you would rather wallow, in your poisonous blight
than try to make a difference, and make tough things alright
well you don't get my sympathy i hate you with such might
i hope you get your wish, and end your days on your own
you don't deserve to find your love, you should die alone
whilst all the rest move on from hurt, yours have only grown
and now i pray in future times, you reap what you have sown
